This moisturizing formula helps condition lashes, priming them for mascara.

Removes easily with makeup remover.
Please note that Lash Building Primer is not recommended for use with tubing mascaras. Clinique’s tubing mascaras include Lash Power Mascara and High Impact Zero Gravity Mascara.

How To Use:
